REFUND, RETURNS AND CANCELLATION POLICIES:
30 DAYS MONEY BACK OR ITEM EXCHANGE
We offer 100% satisfaction guarantee. Most items can be returned within 30 days
of receiving the item. Within 30 days of receiving the items, if you are not
100% satisfied with the item, you may return it for exchange or full refund
(excluding shipping charges). If your return is a result of our error we will
also refund your shipping charge.
Returns must be accompanied by a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number.

All returns must be in new, resalable condition and in the original unmodified
packaging. Custom orders cannot be returned when they function properly. Custom
Orders mean the manufacturing according to the client's detailed requirement.
RETURN OF WORKING PRODUCTS AFTER 30 DAYS AND WITHIN THE WARRANTY PERIOD
After 30 days from delivery, ADH Communications does not generally accept
returns of other than for products known to have failed. That being said, we
understand that occasionally circumstances change resulting in a customer
having purchased products they no longer require. Requests for return for
refund in such situations are handled on a case-by-case basis. In all accepted
requests, the shipping charges are not included in this refund.
RETURN FOR REPAIR/REPLACEMENT WITHIN WARRANTY PERIOD
ADH Communications offers limited warranty for most of our products from the
date of delivery. If a part appears not to function properly, customers must
return the part with a 'test report' showing it does not function or contact
ADH Communications sales and discuss the issue.
In all return scenarios, all returned products must first have a Return
Material Authorization (RMA) number assigned by ADH Communications. Once the
RMA number is provided to you, it must be visibly displayed on the outside of
the box. RMA numbers are valid for 10 days after the day of issuance. Returned
goods must be shipped freight prepaid in their original boxes along with the
A copy of your packing list/invoice must accompany all returned Products.
A product returned to you under Warranty is shipped freight-prepaid via FedEx
or other carrier at our discretion.

Q. WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?
A. Your order will ship 24 to 72 hours after it is placed.
"Back-ordered" items are temporarily out of stock. If your order
includes a back-ordered item, the order will be held until the item is back in
stock and everything can be shipped together, however, to Request a Partial Shipment, you can send us an email by clicking here.

Within the U.S., delivery should take 2-5 days but may occasionally take up to
7 business days. International delivery may take 5-7 weeks, depending on
country. Orders usually include package tracking information. A shipping
confirmation e-mail will be sent to you once they are shipped.
Q. HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
A. We charge flat rates for ground/economy shipping, based on what it costs us
to pack and send an average order. All prices are in U.S. dollars. The current
(August 2015) rates are as follows:
United States - $8.95 (Shipping is included on orders of
$25.00 or more)
Canada - $15.00
Europe - $25.00
Australia, New Zealand - $45.00
All others - $25.00
